Salvation at Uni
On starting Uni this September I asked God for there to not be a single Christian on my course and to give me opportunities to speak into their lives and to display Jesus to them. The goal being that in 3 years time all of them would have come to know Jesus! I’ve been having good conversations all year and praying into it constantly.

Shoulder
A lad Danny was complaining of a shoulder he couldn’t lift without pain. I prayed for it and he said the pain was less, but he still couldn’t lift it well. We prayed a few times, each time the pain reducing. He still left in pain and with limited mobility.

Faith in the Hospital
When I was at work I went in to see a patient who’d been in hospital for ages and kept going home then having to come back in. I felt a really strong prompting to pray for her a I was giving her her medication, but was reluctant as I thought she might be a muslim (she wore head scarves and always ate halal meals!). Victory Over Sore Spots
My young son, aged 5, has had sore spots on his body for about a year. He always seemed to have about five or six, and as one went another would appear. The doctor said they would eventually all go and that there was nothing to treat it with. But they bothered Josh a lot and would often get really sore and be uncomfortable for him.

Eastlands
I was sat at Eastlands ASDA and felt God start speaking about a guy who was buying food. I felt God tell me to go and tell him that he was a good Dad.
It took me a while to do it but I eventually did. The guy initially raised his eyebrows and look pleased, but then switched and started to look at me like I was an idiot. I said bye and went shopping.

Work Friend
One of the teachers I work with at school has a really strong faith, though we might describe her as “not quite knowing Jesus yet”! She was telling me about her boyfriend’s nephew who is 6-years-old and had an enormous brain tumour. He had been in hospital for ages, had had all the treatment and had pretty much been sent home to die.
She said to me that she was praying for a miracle every night...
