Balancing the Books
We had some work done on our house and ‘borrowed’ £3000 from an account with various amounts in it for specific purposes. We hadn’t analysed the balances on this account for 3 years. We spent time working out the various balances and after taking account of deposits and withdrawals and interest there was over £3000 more in the account than there ought to have been.
